Chapter I - General Conditions of the Antiquol Website

This document establishes the information regarding the online account and the contracts concluded at a distance on the Website www.antiquol.com (from now on the Antiquol), and all its subdomains, referred to in Decree-Law nº 24/2014 of February 14th in the current wording, either within the scope of the purchase and sale of goods and services established without creating an account or within the scope of the Antiquol account.

The Antiquol is owned by Paschal Mannion, an individual businessman, headquartered at Rua dos Calços, 1A - Cabeço da Vela, Caldas da Rainha 2500-174.


Antiquol provides a Customer Support service through which the Customer may, at any time, contact Antiquol to ask for clarifications, make suggestions or submit complaints through the email address info@antiqul.com or from the Customer Support line +351 964 643 654, available from 9:00 to 18:00 – Lisbon Time.


The purchase of any product on the Antiquol and its subdomains and the creation of an account presupposes the acceptance of the present information and Online Account Terms and Conditions.


2 – Conditions of Use of the Antiquol Website

The User must use Antiquol in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.


Antiquol may have links to other websites, which may contain useful information/tools for its users. These Antiquol Online Account Terms and Conditions will not apply to third-party websites. Suppose the User visits another website redirected from Antiquol. In that case, they must be aware of and accept the same terms and conditions and privacy policy.


3 - Modification of the Antiquol Website and these Antiquol Online Account Terms and Conditions

Antiquol reserves the right to modify at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the Antiquol Website, its services and the present Antiquol Online Account Terms and Conditions, except for the acquired rights regarding the contracts already entered into and running. These modifications will improve Antiquol and, at the same time, the services offered to the User who, if he disagrees with the changes introduced, may cease using the Antiquol Site.


4 - Intelectual Property

All content and information contained in Antiquol Website and its subdomains are property of Antiquol or have been licensed. Therefore the use, reproduction, copying and dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos, or intellectual property contained in that is subject to your prior authorization from Antiquol.


5 – Information on Products and Prices


5.1 – Product Information

Antiquol takes into account the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers or third parties.


Antiquol uses images and videos that illustrate the products in strict compliance with the best market standards, transmitting them clearly to your customers on the page of each product available.


5.2 – Price Information

Antiquol makes available on its Website the total price of each good or service, including fees and taxes, supplementary transport charges, postal or delivery charges or any other charges that may apply.


Antiquol cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer, manual, technical error, or of any other origin, which causes a substantial unforeseen change in the sale price to the public on the Antiquol Website, so in cases where this is exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled, and the Customer will be informed of this fact.


The prices and products available on the Antiquol Website, as well as promotional campaigns and offers, are only valid for purchases made through Antiquol and may not coincide with those practised in physical stores, except for promotions expressly indicated on the online page.


Chapter II – Purchase Conditions from Antiquol on the Antiquol Website


1 - Product Availability

All products found at Antiquol are available to order unless they are out of stock. Products available at Antiquol have limited stock and may become unavailable without notice.


2 – Delivery Costs

Each product has a different delivery cost, considering its size, weight and destination.


3 - Fees and Taxes

The retail prices indicated on Antiquol and its subdomains are presented in euros. VAT and other taxes or fees that may be due are included in all prices.


4 - Processing and delivery of the order

The order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment; the Customer is informed, in writing, of the confirmation of the conclusion of the sale of the product/service and the estimated date of delivery or availability in the Store.

Antiquol does not deliver to PO Boxes.


Antiquol makes deliveries of the products sold by it in the territory of the European Union (EU) mainland Portugal and the archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira.


Antiquol does not guarantee delivery to Countries outside Europe and the United Kingdom.


Antiquol may offer additional services related to the delivery process that will be visible in the purchase process.


5 - Order tracking

Aniquol will inform the Customer of the status of their order and the date of delivery or availability in the Store by email or SMS.

6 – Eventual Mistakes

Under the terms of point 5.2 of Chapter I, any programming errors, defects in the functioning of the computer system (machine) or deformation of the message (including lapses in writing) are excluded, under the terms and for article 33. No. 2 al. a) and b) of Decree-Law 7/2004, January 7th.


7 – Warranty

The Legal Regime covers the products sold by Antiquol on www.antiquol.com for the Sale and Warranty of Consumer Goods, approved by Decree-Law nº 67/2003, of April 8th, in its current version, its compliance is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the good.


You can exercise your rights by going to an Antiquol store with the respective product, complete and without signs of misuse and the purchase invoice, or by contacting the Antiquol Customer Support line.


8- Responsibility

Antiquol is not responsible for damages resulting from any computer viruses, network or internet supply problems, the information provided by suppliers or any other situations to which it is unrelated and which prevent access and correct functioning of the www.antiquol.com domain. as well as the services provided therein.


Chapter III - Policy on personal data

The person responsible for processing the Customer's Personal Data at Antiquol Website is Antiquol, better identified in Chapter I, which can be contacted via the email info@antiquol.com or the Customer Support line +351 964 643 654 , available from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00, from Monday to Friday.


2 - Recipients of personal data

Antiquol will delete personal data relating to transactions carried out by the Customer at Antiquol 10 (ten) years after the date of the last transaction.

The period referred to corresponds to the mandatory period for keeping the accounting documents.


Personal data collected to deliver the products will be deleted within 2 (two) years after delivery in compliance with the warranty obligations of the articles.


Suppose the Customer cancels his online account or withdraws consent. In that case, the data will be deleted by Antiquol within one month after the customer expresses his intention to cancel it. In this case, Antiquol will only keep transaction data for tax purposes during the period provided for by Law.


4 - Customer Rights

The Customer has the following rights within the scope of personal data protection: right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure, right of limitation of treatment, right of portability, right of opposition and right not to be subject to automated decisions, the which can be exercised under the terms provided for in the applicable legislation and regulations.


Regarding the treatments for which consent has been given, the Customer may revoke it at any time by sending an email to info@aniquol.com

As the holder of personal data, the Customer may exercise the rights of access, rectification and limitation of treatment, by sending an email to info@antiquol.com and may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) .

Chapter IV - Applicable Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution


1 - Applicable legislation

These Terms & Conditions and all contracts that may be entered under them are governed by Portuguese legislation.


2 - Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the case of national and cross-border disputes initiated by a consumer against a supplier of goods or services concerning contractual obligations arising from contracts for the purchase and sale or provision of services, concluded between the established supplier of goods and resident consumers in Portugal and the European Union, the consumer can resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.


Antiquol is subject to the necessary arbitration or mediation within the scope of consumer disputes of low economic value (up to €5,000) when, by the express option of consumers, they are submitted to an arbitration court attached to the legally binding consumer dispute arbitration centres.

In the event of national and cross-border consumer disputes, within the scope of online (online), the consumer may resort to the European Consumer Center through the ODR Platform (“online dispute resolution”), with competence to resolve disputes relating to contractual obligations resulting from sales contracts or online services.
